After Two Years OFF...
The guys had qualified for the 2020 conference which was canceled-- along with virtually everything else that year-- due to COVID-19. So the BHS decided to allow those who were qualified to compete in 2020 to compete THIS year, in spite of them all aging out of the regular collegiate category.
So, this past week, in Charlotte, NC the guys pulled out all the stops for their last collegiate competition for an outstanding performance. Their final scores placed them THIRD in the WORLD.

At the October 23-25 Mid-Atlantic District Conference, Brothers in Arms finished in third place with a final score of 77.8. All of the guys also competed in the chorus contest, with Kevin, James and Jordan singing with Parkside Harmony, out of Hershey, PA, and Michael singing with the Dapper Dans of Harmony, his New Jersey based chorus. In addition to winning third place, they were honored for being the best "Novice" quartet for the year.

At the June 28 Pittsburgh Competition, Brothers in Arms competed in the Collegiate Division, representing the MidAtlantic District of the BHS. Their final score was 73.6, putting them in the #18 spot, a very respectable finish for this young quartet.

At the July 2016 International Barbershop Convention in Nashville, TN, Brothers in Arms finished in thirteenth place with a score of 76.4. It was a great day of barbershop singing, sharing the stage with young quartets from New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and across the entire U.S.

The quartet sang at the July 4th Las Vegas International Youth Quartet competition and placed FIFTH IN THE WORLD! outstanding achievement for these young men who have worked for the past 6 years together to perfect their sound.
The top five youth quartets were, in order:
1. Flightline 1449 points, 80.5%
2. Ohana Means Family 1429 points, 79.4%
3. Blindside 1416 points, 78.7%
4. Eclectones 1402 points, 77.9%
5. Brothers In Arms 1395 points, 77.5%
